Pearland Town Center Moves Forward

Developers of the upcoming Pearland Town Center announced another tenant for the shopping center scheduled to open in 2008 at FM518 and Hwy 288. Barnes & Noble will be joining Macy's, Dillard's, and other restaurants and retail establishments. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year.

Road Lighting to be Added
Lighting installation along Cullen, McHard, Kirby, and Barry Rose was scheduled tol begin before the end of 2006 and could take approximately a month, according to Trent Epperson, the Pearland city projects director.
Landscaping is already underway on McHard and Barry Rose and will begin on Kirby and Cullen by early 2007.
